OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Sprayer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying various coatings and finishes to a range of materials and products. This role requires a keen eye for detail, as well as proficiency in using hand and power tools. The Sprayer will play a crucial part in ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are delivered in excellent condition.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of spraying techniques and materials.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role.
  • Knowledge of masonry work is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience in carpentry or joinery is beneficial for this position.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, or priming as necessary.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble and fabricate components prior to spraying.
  • Apply paints, stains, or other finishes using spray equipment to achieve desired results.
  • Perform heavy lifting when moving materials or finished products as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition, following all health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Assist with masonry tasks when needed, including working on roofs or performing joinery tasks.
