The Joinery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily joinery workshop/site operations, supervising carpenters and workers, ensuring high-quality joinery works, and coordinating with project/site teams to deliver on-time and within standards.

• Supervise joinery workshop/site activities including cutting, assembling, polishing, and finishing.
• Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of carpenters and helpers.
• Ensure all joinery works meet project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Plan materials, tools, and resources required for smooth workflow.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to achieve project timelines.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks before dispatch/installation.
• Resolve technical and operational issues related to joinery works.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont
