SAIC is seeking an experienced Joint Lessons Learned Analyst located at Camp H.M. Smith in Hawaii to provide program support to the Training and Analysis Branch of United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) J7. NOTE: Applicant may be required to travel throughout the Indo-Pacific region. JOB DESCRIPTION: * Provide support for the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) to train and work with appropriate headquarters staff members to document lessons learned and ensure inputs to JLLIS are structured and relevant. * Facilitate the observation and evaluation of exercise and real-world lessons learned for USINDOPACOM and its subordinate battle staffs. * Attend USINDOPACOM battle rhythm events and represent J751 equities in these events. * Deliver briefs regarding lessons learned. * Assist with the filing of reports and maintenance of lessons-learned and exercise summary report databases using the various systems of record used by USINDOPACOM. Responsibilities

The analyst will support the USINDOPACOM J7 by documenting and facilitating lessons learned through the Joint Lessons Learned Information System. They will also attend battle rhythm events and deliver briefings to ensure relevant inputs are captured for operational improvement.
