Handle sea freight export operation procedure. Coordinate with customer and agent as assigned. Prepare necessary documentation and e-mail to person in charge of each shipments. Correspondences with customers and liner operators to complete customers' requirements Complete job transaction for revenue and expenses incurred Coordinate with sales team and customers to ensure all process is according to the SOP setup Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or transportation operations (logistics field only). Basic knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and sea freight logistics. Basic proficiency in English (speaking and writing) for coordinating with international sales staff. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Able to start immediately will be considered an advantage.
