You can expect a journey outlined with clear goals and aspirations shared by the whole business whilst building cross-collaborative relationships including the opportunity to work with our Founder; Tom Joule, and his Senior Team who have a wealth of knowledge to share.   Step into the role of Licensing Assistant here at Joules Head Office!   What to expect on a day to day basis:   * Support the Licensing Manager & Account Manager with our Partner relationships. * Ownership of Accounts with support from the Licensing Manager and Account Manager. * You can expect to support with Range Plan tracking & upkeep. * Sample logging and tracking will be your day to day responsibility.  * There will also be an element of marketing support. * You will be required to quickly build an understanding of and support with trading on Joules.com and Next.com. * Support with organising and attending Licensing Events. * Support with planning and admin for Joules Shows. * You will need to quickly gain awareness  of and an understanding of Royalties. * Support with product copy requirements. * Plan and support with in house photography requirements.   About You:   From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you:   * Have demonstrable experience within a similar role in order to hit the ground running. * You must have strong Joules brand and product awareness.  * You must be willing to develop an understanding of all aspects of the licensing process, trading routes and critical path. * Commercial awareness is key for this role.  * Confidence in your sales capabilities. * Understanding of forecasting with the ability to support, when required. * Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. * Clear and confident communicator. * Detail-oriented and highly accurate. * Proactive, solutions-focused and calm under pressure. * Comfortable working cross-functionally across internal teams and external partners.     What we value most here at Joules is your ability to really align with who we are as a Brand.
