About the Role: Ready to start your Joules Journey? Step into the role of Production Coordinator here at Joules Head Office within our friendly and creative Studio Team! Your Role: What to expect from a day to day perspective: Providing assistance to the coordination teams including maintaining and organising product samples in the studios and assisting with coordinating products to be shot. You will also be required to support location shoots and the Studio in coordination and samples process to ensure a successful end to end production. Be responsible for the borrowing and sourcing of all photography samples. Providing assistance to the coordination teams during shoot days, locating and organising samples alongside general tasks. Maintaining organisation of the sample racking and team spaces. Be responsible for tracking photography samples through the business and maintaining a clear record of all sample locations. Assist in ad-hoc duties as set out by the Studio Managers. General day to day support for all members of the coordination team. Responsible for the upload of imagery to the NEXT DAM system on a daily basis Ensure Webshot imagery is organised into a folder system Responsible for the upload of imagery to third party systems on a daily basis About You: From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you have: Studio experience would be preferred but is not essential. Excellent team player. Forward thinking, innovative & proactive in approach of all projects. Enthusiastic with strong motivational skills. Flexible attitude and willingness to work outside of set hours on occasion. Time Management and excellent punctuality. Knowledge of and passion for the Joules Brand. Have experience in a similar role or environment with a genuine interest in creative photography. Be able to contribute and work effectively within a team environment. Be able to work well under pressure, have a flexible attitude and be responsive to change. Have a friendly, helpful and professional manner at all times.
