MARKETING MANAGER – CRM & LIFECYCLE (CONTRACT)

Duration: Up to 8 months
Location: Hybrid (Mon–Thurs in-office, Fri remote), Glendale
Pay $70/hr (w2, eligible for insurance!!)
We’re looking for an experienced B2C Marketing Manager to lead CRM and lifecycle marketing for a subscription-based business. This role will focus on driving acquisition, engagement, and retention through effective email and push campaigns, customer journey planning, and data-driven strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2C email and push marketing strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign production, testing, deployment, and optimization.
  • Build customer segments, automate journeys, and ensure deliverability.
  • Partner with teams on engagement, acquisition, and retention initiatives.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and report on key CRM metrics.
  • Use insights to deliver relevant, personalized content and improve customer experience.
