REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Certified Refrigeration Mechanic with 5+ years ICI experience
· Gas Technician G1 License
· A valid, full driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
· Proven ability to adapt to different situations
· Willing to submit a background check
· Advanced knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems
· Excellent time management skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent analytical, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
· Ability to work effectively on your own or within a team environment.
· Experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, Electricity, and Mechanics an asset.

· Ability to:

• stand and walk continuously
• work in adverse weather conditions, in areas of excessive heat, or cold, damp, or excessive humidity
• work in tight areas, with limited movement, confined spaces

· Must provide own steel-toed safety boots and PPE.
· Have great attention to detail. Strong analytical skills.

Work Location: In perso

· On-site problem diagnosis, fixed right the first time and continual value-added communication with the owner
· Install, maintain and repair refrigeration systems in industrial, commercial, and institutional settings
· Completion of work orders
· Travel to job sites, work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained. Communicate progress and possible delays to customer
· Install or replace components or entire systems
· Perform regularly scheduled maintenance, and performance checks
· Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and installation instructions
· Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines
· Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications
· Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements. Perform general and specific equipment inspections
· Correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all modern equipment and regulations
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures
· Represent Haller Mechanical in a professional and courteous manner at all times
