JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of residential plumbing systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The Journeyperson Plumber will ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local codes and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in plumbing, construction, or related fields.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Strong understanding of basic math principles for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Experience in assembly tasks related to plumbing installations.
• Capable of performing heavy lifting as necessary for job duties.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems in accordance with blueprints and schematics.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform plumbing tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with HVAC technicians to ensure integrated system functionality.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Perform carpentry tasks as needed for installation or repair of plumbing systems.
• Execute heavy lifting as required during installation or removal of plumbing components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
