JOB SUMMARY
The Edmonton branch is currently seeking a Journeyman Conveyor Belt Technician to join our Belting Services Team. We’re looking for knowledgeable, experienced, and highly motivated individuals who have a great work ethic and enjoy working in a team-focused environment.

· Install, service, and repair conveyor belts at customer sites.
· Complete all paperwork accurately and on time.
· Follow Sales Orders and Work Instructions (splicing belts, lagging pulleys).
· Communicate with Outside Sales, Service Manager, or Shop Foreman regarding customer concerns.
· Follow customer site rules, maintain professionalism, and ensure site cleanliness.
· Perform shop/warehouse duties as required.
· Troubleshoot conveyor systems and perform basic splices, belt cleaning, and pulley lagging.
· Load trucks with tools and equipment for installations and maintenance.
· Perform mechanical, step, and finger splices using hot or cold repair methods.
· Assemble/disassemble cleaner systems and perform pulley lagging.
· Maintain safety standards and proper tool handling.
· Attend Apprenticeship Training and assist in training apprentices.
· Maintain housekeeping of work areas and report faulty equipment.
· Perform additional related duties as assigned.
