What must be accomplished: You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers. Running new electrical feed (mainly low voltage). Panel upgrade (service upgrade). Generac experience/knowledge is a plus! Site-visits Accurate complete stock list. How will success be measured: 100% completion of the electrical install check list. No call backs! Gain additional certifications and/or skills (ex, generated). Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals. Work to continuously grow your technical skills. Requirements Massachusetts Journeymen License (Required) Ability to pass criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screen. OSHA 10 certification is a plus. Old work experience (snake wires etc.). Generac certification is preferred. HVAC controls. Controls, relays, and zone bound. Ability to work independently to complete tasks. Responsibilities

The Journeyman Electrician will engage with customers, perform electrical installations, and ensure the completion of service upgrades. Success will be measured by the completion of installation checklists and minimizing call backs.
