Weddle and Sons is looking for a journeyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, show a bias for action, show faithfulness to personal and professional values, and have a sense of humor.
This is a full-time position with competitive benefits, really competitive for the right person. Weddle and Sons is an authorized installer of Tesla Solar Roof and Tesla Solar Panels. Among other duties, this position will install, connect, and repair solar power generation in residential and commercial spaces.
Some of what we are looking for:
-conduit experience highly preferred
-intellectually curious and interested in the solar power industry
-upon training, ability to install and repair Tesla systems
-test, troubleshoot, and replace electrical components to ensure safety and efficiency
-dependable, trustworthy, detail-oriented
-knowledge and respect for safety guidelines
-willingness to accurately document project progress and update client records
-willingness to provide excellent customer service
-ability to obtain permits, and organize equipment, tools, and materials within project timeline
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour
