Required Qualifications Journeyman Electrician license (or ability to obtain/maintain licensure) ALWAYS work safely and follow all safety protocols to ensure everyone goes home in the same condition they arrived Work in compliance with all GMP, Food Safety, and Sanitation standards Strong ability to collaborate in a multi-cultural, team-oriented environment with a customer service and continuous improvement mindset 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment Strong background in industrial electrical systems and factory automation, including: Electrical control circuits and power distribution PLCs and I/O troubleshooting HMIs VFDs and motor controls Sensors, relays, contactors, and safety circuits Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-lines Experience troubleshooting motors, conveyors, pumps, and automated production equipment Communicate effectively and frequently with stakeholders, including production operators, maintenance peers, management, quality, sanitation, and human resources Basic computer skills, including MS Office Preferred Qualifications Experience in food manufacturing or regulated production environments Familiarity with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC platforms Experience with electrical preventative and predictive maintenance programs Arc-flash safety, LOTO, and electrical safety training
