We are currently seeking a qualified Journeyman Millwright in Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan. The Hudson Bay OSB Mill is a market-focused quality Oriented Strand Board (OSB) operation. This mill site includes a Log Yard, Green End, Drying, Pressing, Finishing and Shipping depts., Maintenance/Engineering. Annual production is 540mm3/8. The workforce of approximately 165 employees is represented by the United Steelworkers Union.
Reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager, the Journeyman Millwright is a safety minded individual who is responsible for responding to process calls, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and project/shutdown work in an industrial environment. Knowledge and experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, drive alignment and conveyance are preferred. Experience with CMMS maintenance management systems will be considered an asset. Relocation assistance is available for this position!

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Journeyman Millwright (Red Seal).
• Minimum 3 years related experience in an industrial environment.
• A passion for safety.
• Collaborates with the maintenance team to deliver preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
