Position Overview: Journeyman Painter $26-$32 per hour DOE ● Proficient Painter With 5 years experience ● Valid driver's license ● Minimal Supervision ● Daily oversight of employees under supervision ● Record / manage work orders & time management on job sites ● Apply technical knowledge of all coating materials for acceptable application ● Employee Development of Painter 1 ● Communicate proficiently with managers about jobs and problems ● Responsible for tool inventory & needed products ● Knowledge of airless spray equipment, professional sanders, pressure washers & other power tools ● Demonstrates knowledge & implementation of safe ladder, fall protection & product hazards
Responsibilities
The Journeyman Painter is responsible for applying technical knowledge of coating materials and overseeing the daily work of other employees. They manage work orders, tool inventory, and communicate job progress and problems to managers.
