Description Bacon Plumbing Inc. is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team as a Commercial Plumbing Foreman. This leadership role is ideal for a skilled plumbing professional who thrives in a fast-paced commercial construction environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality work while leading teams to success. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. Coordinate directly with owners, project managers, superintendents, and field personnel. Lead and supervise plumbing crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related challenges in the field. Ensure all work meets company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes. Maintain a strong focus on job site safety, quality control, and productivity. Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions with stakeholders. Qualifications Current Journeyman Plumber license. Proven experience in commercial plumbing construction. Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
