Seeking Journeyman Plumber/Gas Fitter for new commercial construction too complete commercial installations.
Candidate must be able to work on own and possess at least 3 years site supervision experience.
Must have experience reading blue prints, interacting with general contractors, working with other trades and inspectors.
Experience in the installation of plumbing, gas, and hydronics is required.
Candidate must be able to deal with public commercial settings.
Must possess a clean driving record, be bondable, and pass federal security screening and criminal record check.
Company vehicle provided, major tools, uniforms and benefits.
Must be a self starter and have ability to lead a job site and achieve milestones as set out.
Bonus structure is available when project time deadlines are met.
