We’re currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a long-standing, reputable company with deep roots in the community. Candidates must hold a PL04 Plumbing License. We offer hourly or commission-based pay, depending on experience and preference. In addition to great pay there are excellent benefits including: 100% employer paid premiums on medical, dental and vision insurance 401k and 401k Roth plan with up to 4% match in addition to your income invested Employer paid long-term disability insurance Employer paid life insurance 1 floating holiday 6 paid holidays Paid vacation Paid weekly Responsibilities Include: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems within homes and businesses Handle emergency plumbing services, including water line leaks, burst pipes, clogged drains, and more Perform diagnostic assessments to identify issues with pipes, drains, water heaters, faucets, and other plumbing systems Provide estimates for plumbing repairs and communicate progress to clients clearly Identify opportunities to enhance customer comfort and system efficiency through recommended services or preventative solutions. Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes to ensure high-quality work and a safe working environment Maintain plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition Ensure accurate documentation of all work completed, including photos, notes, and reports Requirements 2+ years of experience Minimum of PL04 Plumbing license Knowledge of local plumbing codes Excellent customer service skills Valid driver's license Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
