MiLo Group Ltd. is looking for a Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic field construction team. This is a full-time, field-based role and involves working on site installations, renovations, and construction projects.

Responsibilities

As part of our Plumbing Team, you will:

  • Interpret blueprints and follow industry codes
  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures (sinks, toilets, water heaters, etc.)
  • Plan for efficient use of apprentices and foresee material requirements
  • Lead and mentor apprentices when required; lead hand or foreman experience is an asset
  • Troubleshoot and repair boilers, furnaces, and hydronic systems
  • Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to prevent and resolve interferences
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to on-site changes
  • Follow all safety protocols, codes, and company policies
