We're now seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. Responsibilities Include: Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair options Install, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites Install water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures Handle emergency plumbing services, including water line leaks, burst pipes, clogged drains, and more Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations Communicate system findings clearly to customers and explain required and recommended repairs and upgrades Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance Recognize work that requires permitting and communicate with office to obtain permits Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goals Ensure accurate documentation of all work completed, including photos, notes, and hours worked Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment Benefits include: 100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental and vision 401k & Roth 401k plans with up to 4% company contribution 100% paid long-term disability insurance Paid life insurance plan 2 floating holidays 6 paid holidays Vacation pay Paid weekly Requirements 2+ years of plumbing experience Journeyman Plumbing License required Commercial experience preferred Strong understanding of plumbing systems Knowledge of local plumbing codes Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Valid driver's license Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
