Select is working with our client as they search for a Journeyman Refrigeration team member. This role plays a key part in keeping essential commercial business systems running across the city.

Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $45-$55/hr. based on your experience
• Monday-Friday
• Occasional on call availability required

Position Summary:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components
• Ensure work meets all safety and code requirements
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
• Ensure that customer service and quality of work remains at the focus of projects and client interactions

Required Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Journeyman Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic (JM) certification
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean abstract
• Strong communication skills, including an ability to work with clients
• Ability to troubleshoot on site, working with strong problem solving skills
