This position is ideal for a Journeyman Electrician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving complex electrical issues, working directly with customers, and performing a variety of service, maintenance, and installation work in commercial and industrial environments. WHAT YOU WILL DO Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial electrical systems and equipment Install, repair, and replace electrical equipment, panels, breakers, lighting, controls, switchgear, and power distribution systems Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and one-line diagrams Perform commercial electrical service work while identifying issues and recommending effective solutions Follow all safety regulations, NEC standards, and company guidelines Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members while completing service calls efficiently and safely WHAT YOU BRING Active Maryland Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent Journeyman License from a reciprocating state 5+ years of commercial electrical experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience servicing, repairing, and installing commercial electrical systems Knowledge of conduit, switchgear, panelboards, power distribution, lighting, motor controls, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical safety practices OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Valid driver's license Unsolicited resumes from third-party agencies will not be accepted.
