As we continue to expand, we are seeking Journeyman Plumbers to join our dedicated team. Candidates must be a Cheyenne registered journeyman plumbing license holder. As an experienced Plumber at Marv’s Plumbing & Heating, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, conducting installations and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently. We're offering a $500 sign-on bonus to qualified technicians, payable after 90 days of employment. Terms and conditions apply. Benefits include: 100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision 401k & Roth 401k plans with up to a 4% company match 100% paid long-term disability insurance Paid life insurance plan 2 floating holidays 6 paid holidays Vacation pay Paid weekly Responsibilities: Respond promptly to service calls and perform plumbing repairs and installations as needed Diagnose plumbing issues and develop effective solutions Communicate with customers to explain repair options and provide estimates Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Ensure all work is completed to code and meets quality standards Recognize work that requires permitting and communicate with office to obtain permits Take initiative to identify additional service opportunities and upsell when appropriate Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed Requirements 1+ Year plumbing experience Valid journeyman plumbing license Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Ability to work independently and take initiative Clean driving record Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
