To support our continued growth and deliver outstanding customer experiences, we are seeking a highly motivated Journeyman/Journeywoman Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Edmonton.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and Repair Vehicles:
o Perform thorough inspections of vehicles and identify any potential issues.
o Utilize your expertise to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues.
o Perform a wide range of repairs, including engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and electrical systems.
- Routine Maintenance:
o Conduct regular vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
o Ensure vehicles are in optimal condition by adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
o Repair or replace faulty components, parts, and systems as needed.
o Perform brake, transmission, and engine repairs
- Quality Assurance:
o Maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
o Conduct thorough quality checks on completed repairs to meet or exceed industry standards.
o Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
o Keep detailed records of repairs, services, and maintenance activities.
- Team Collaboration:
o Collaborate effectively with other team members, including service advisors and fellow mechanics.
o Share knowledge and expertise to contribute to the collective skill set of the team.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certification.
Wage posted will relate to experience and ability and can be negotiated.
