JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical work, including industrial settings, and possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and blueprints. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to work on renovation projects and low voltage systems. The Journeyperson Electrician will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical installations and repairs meet safety standards and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an electrician with a focus on industrial settings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, low voltage applications, and renovation processes.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
