QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mechanical knowledge with a focus on HVAC systems
  • Proficiency in working with ductwork
  • Welding and plumbing skills are a plus
  • Background in construction and ability to read schematics
  • Experience in maintenance and repair work
  • Safely utilize hand tools and power tools
  • Handle and store plumbing supplies and materials
  • Follow appropriate safety practices to access installations and when using ladders, other access ways, handrails, barriers, trench supports, scaffolding and mechanical lifts (if trained/licensed)
  • Follow established employment and safety policies and procedures
  • Coach and lead apprentices on best practices for sheet metal work
  • Perform other duties as required
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $28.00-$45.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
