Journeyman/Woman Sprinkler Fitter
Our company is a leading provider of Mechanical systems, with a sprinkler division for residential and commercial buildings.
We are looking for a highly skilled sprinkler fitter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to determine requirements for installation of sprinkler systems
- Install, maintain, and repair fire protection sprinkler systems
- Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Attend project meetings and work with project managers to ensure installations meet design requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a sprinkler fitter
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
- Strong estimating skills with experience in developing project budgets and job quotes
- Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with others
- Possession of applicable certifications
- Must have valid drivers license
