Responsibilities: Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and accessories Mentor and guide junior installers and apprentices to ensure high-quality, efficient work Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and company policies Inspect and test HVAC systems for proper operation Maintain and track tools, equipment, and installation materials What You Will Bring: Journeyman HVAC license required Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience Proven leadership or mentorship experience EPA certification (NATE certification a plus) Strong customer service and communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
