Responsibilities: Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot plumbing systems in residential properties, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drains. Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions for customers, ensuring systems are functioning properly. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems before they become serious issues. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive relationship with clients while explaining issues and solutions clearly. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, tasks completed, and time spent on each job. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and share knowledge as needed. What You Will Bring: Must hold a valid Journeyman Plumber license in Nebraska. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing service and repair. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
