We’re currently seeking a Journeyperson Carpenter to join our team — someone who brings skill, leadership, and a commitment to community. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Execute a full range of carpentry tasks: framing, roofing, siding, finishing, and more
  • Interpret and build from blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
  • Collaborate with supervisors, trades, and community members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Mentor and support apprentices and laborer’s, building local talent
  • Promote and uphold safety, cleanliness, and cultural awareness on every job site
  • Help build homes, infrastructure, and meaningful connections in Northern communities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Red Seal Journeyperson Carpenter certification
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential or commercial construction
  • Comfortable working in remote environments and Indigenous communities
  • Experience leading apprentices or junior crew members is a strong asset
  • Valid First Aid, WHMIS, and NWT Supervisor Level 2 (or willingness to obtain)
