Your Role In your daily job you will: Handling expenses/payment and other related process business; Consolidated statements/accounting entries/transactions of affiliated companies and other related matters; Completed monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements settlement according to the company's closing schedule; Financial data analysis and forecast; Cooperate with accounts receivable, accounts payable and factory finance to complete closing related work; Responsible for monthly/quarterly/year-end reconciliation, providing materials required for internal/external audit; Keep in touch with relevant departments of the factory by phone or email to understand the situation and assist in solving problems; Provide financial data and financial reports timely and accurately, and be able to put forward reasonable suggestions for new projects stably; Continuously improve the process, regularly update relevant process documents and SOP Your Background Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your: University Degree in Japanese language, fluent Japanese Speaking skills Experience in accounting for large manufacturing enterprises(+2 years) , with experience in financial sharing centers preferred, project management experience preferred Integrity, integrity, diligence, initiative, strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, quick and rigorous thinking, strong ability to resist pressure, good execution and flexible communication and coordination skills and customer service skills Strong independent working ability and learning ability, familiar with US GAAP and Local GAAP, strong SOX compliance control concept Why join us?
