Position Overview We are seeking an PC Provisioning Analyst to manage end-user computing assets, mobile devices, inventory, and logistics operations across Japan and selected ASEAN locations. This role is responsible for device provisioning, asset lifecycle management, inventory control, audits, repairs, shipments, mobile device support, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless IT service delivery. Key Responsibilities Endpoint Device Provisioning & Lifecycle Management Provision and deploy laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, and related endpoint devices for new hires, break-fix replacements, and refresh programs. Assign replacement assets and coordinate device shipments to remote employees. Manage return and recovery of replaced or retired equipment. Provision Linux devices for new hires, break-fix requests, and end-of-life (EOL) replacement programs. Support Day 1 deployments to ensure users receive equipment on time. Asset Inventory & Audit Management Maintain accurate inventory records for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and related assets. Conduct weekly inventory reviews and quarterly asset audits. Perform pre-audit activities and investigate missing asset discrepancies. Record incoming and outgoing assets, warranty replacements, and inventory movements. Apply asset tagging and maintain asset records in enterprise asset management systems. Asset Recovery & Disposal Take ownership of asset collection cases for terminated employees and coordinate with managers to recover company equipment. Process returned assets and ensure proper categorization (e.g., faulty, reusable, end-of-life). Coordinate asset disposal activities with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) teams and approved disposal vendors. Ensure compliance with asset retirement and disposal procedures. Repair & Vendor Coordination Coordinate hardware repair activities with vendors, including Dell, Apple, and other authorized service providers. Manage device repair requests, warranty cases, and replacement programs. Facilitate repair logistics and track repair status through completion. Contact vendors for warranty support and escalation as required. Inventory Replenishment & Logistics Monitor laptop, desktop, mobile device, and peripheral inventory levels. Create replenishment requests with Hardware Asset Management teams to maintain sufficient stock levels. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment requests with internal logistics teams. Track shipments and work with carriers (e.g., FedEx) to ensure timely delivery. Support customs clearance activities and shipment issue resolution. Maintain logistics documentation and financial tracking records as required. Mobile Device Management Provision and deploy mobile phones, MiFi devices, SIM cards, and related mobile services. Configure devices, activate services, and update mobile asset records. Support phone swaps, device upgrades, warranty replacements, and mobile lifecycle activities. Troubleshoot mobile device and carrier service issues. Coordinate with carriers and service providers for issue resolution and escalations. Provision international roaming and mobile service features. Participate in regular mobility operational meetings and reporting activities. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide hands-on support for device provisioning and break-fix activities. Perform data remediation and support device recovery efforts. Assist with service troubleshooting requiring local language communication. Support escalations from technical support teams and end users. Required Qualifications Experience supporting IT asset management, device provisioning, or end-user computing environments. Knowledge of Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and Linux device provisioning processes. Experience managing hardware inventory, asset lifecycle, and asset audits. Familiarity with mobile device management and carrier support processes. Experience coordinating with vendors, logistics providers, and service partners. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) or Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes. Knowledge of enterprise ticketing and asset tracking systems. Experience supporting multinational or regional operations across APAC.
