Description
・Able to independently carry out complex tasks and improvements in assigned areas. ・Understand business unit strategies and develop & execute marketing strategies for assigned products to realize strategies, gaining market share. ・Plan assigned product strategies in Strat/AOP/F1-3. ・Manage forecasts, including budget management, business process management, and inventory analysis. ・Develop product pipeline strategies for assigned products to achieve business unit strategies. ・Accurately understand the processes required for product launch and work closely with relevant departments to develop and execute product launch plans. ・Work closely with the Sales Department to understand sales needs for product expansion and develop strategies and tactics. ・Support strategic execution in the sales field. ・Create promotional materials and execute effective promotions through conferences and events. ・Develop and implement effective product training plans for physicians and internal employees. ・Provide feedback and coordination with global members regarding product development and improvements. ・Identify and build relationships with KOLs. ・Act in accordance with established rules, including laws, quality standards, service regulations, and compliance. ・Strategic, critical thinking and analytical skills for problem solving. ・Native or Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 level. ・TOEIC 750 or above is desirable. ・3+ years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. ・Being able to persevere and push forward towards one's goals, even in challenging situations. ・Maintaining an attitude of continuous learning and a commitment to personal and business growth. ・Engage with and influence large sales organizations
