Description
Marketing Strategy: Formulate and implement a well-defined and efficient marketing strategy for the new medical device product line, encompassing aspects such as understanding the customer base, segmenting the market, selecting target audiences, positioning the product, defining its value proposition, and configuring the marketing mix. Product Launch: Strategize and execute effective product launches, which involve creating marketing materials, providing sales training, and developing strategies for communication with customers. Customer Insight: Organize and execute voice-of-customer events and conduct field visits to assess customer and field feedback regarding products and the overall market climate. Demand Forecasting: Create and maintain accurate forecasts for sales and inventory to ensure optimal inventory management and meet market demand effectively. Business Analysis: Monitor business performance against set objectives and forecasts, and devise novel approaches and strategies when necessary to drive success. Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior management to contribute to the formulation of both annual and mid-term operating plans with finance team. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, R&D, and supply chain partners, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product plans. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture key internal and external relationships, including KOLs (key opinion leaders), global HQ and APAC divisional stakeholders. ・Strategic, critical thinking and analytical skills for problem solving ・Minimum of 3 years of electrophysiology field experience ・Native or Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 level ・TOEIC 750 or above ・3+ years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. ・Proven track record of successfully launching and managing medical device products ・Masters of Business Administration ・Being able to persevere and push forward towards one's goals, even in challenging situations. ・Maintaining an attitude of continuous learning and a commitment to personal and business growth. ・Engage with and influence large sales organizations
