Meditech International Inc. is a Canadian-based medical device company and the developer of the internationally recognized BIOFLEX® Laser Therapy System. As a pioneer in photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT), we design and manufacture innovative, non-invasive therapeutic laser systems used in over 50 countries for the treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological, and inflammatory conditions.
As part of our national growth strategy, we are seeking a Junior Medical Device Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Vancouver region.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Junior Medical Device Sales Representative is responsible for developing and executing a territory-based sales strategy to promote and sell BIOFLEX® Laser Therapy Systems in the Vancouver area. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-driven, and passionate about health technology, with a strong ability to build lasting client relationships.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for clinics and healthcare providers in your assigned region, supporting them from initial engagement through to implementation and ongoing satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales or healthcare-related sales, preferably in the medical device, health, or wellness sectors.
  • Post-secondary education in Health Sciences, Kinesiology, Business, or a related field is preferred.

SKILLS

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clinical professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential customers including physiotherapists, chiropractors, pain clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to educate clients on the benefits and applications of BIOFLEX® Laser Therapy Systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to support long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and regularly update a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
  • Participate in regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the BIOFLEX® brand and generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Clinical Support, Marketing, Logistics, and Product teams) to ensure client needs are met and product delivery is executed efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management.
