Descrição do emprego A equipe de Analytics Customer Success da NIQ é responsável por desenvolver análises de dados e apresentações que aprofundam a compreensão dos cenários de mercado, oferecendo insights e recomendações estratégicas para impulsionar os resultados dos clientes. Buscamos um Analista de Sucesso do Cliente Jr. para apoiar na entrega de análises e no desenvolvimento de apresentações voltadas aos clientes. Essa posição tem como foco gerar insights acionáveis que contribuam diretamente para o crescimento e otimização dos negócios dos nossos parceiros. Responsabilidades Desenvolver análises de acordo com o briefing do cliente, utilizando as ferramentas internas da NIQ, conhecendo o histórico do cliente (categorias, marcas, desempenho, etc.) e seus principais stakeholders. Atualizar apresentações de rotina, preparando overviews e business issues, recebendo orientações em casos mais estratégicos, além de sugerir e desenvolver exercícios de mensuração, estando apto a explicar as principais movimentações das Cestas de Tech & Durables e das categorias que atende. Ter conhecimento das categorias de negócio de tecnologia e bens duráveis, da metodologia NIQ/GfK, bem como uso avançado das ferramentas analíticas Gerenciar o controle de entregas recorrentes de cada cliente conforme estabelecido em contrato. Atender às solicitações dos clientes conforme prazos acordados e nível de qualidade, redirecionando internamente as demandas fora do escopo, e oferecendo visibilidade aos gestores e parceiros internos sobre temas críticos (questionamentos, solicitações, etc) Apoiar e acompanhar o andamento de temas sobre qualidade analítica de baixa e média complexidade (ex: revisões, validações, reprocessos, correções de codificação, etc) Qualificações Graduação Completa (preferencialmente em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Relações Internacionais, Economia, Engenharia, Administração de Empresas, ou cursos relacionados) Atuação prévia com análise de dados em Inteligência de Mercado é essencial Desejável conhecimento e vivência no mercado de tecnologia Compreensão de cenários macroeconômicos Forte skill analítico e consultivo Domínio Pacote Office, principalmente Excel e Power Point (desejável Power BI) Necessário Inglês Intermediário Espanhol será um diferencial Curiosidade, comunicação e pensamento crítico são habilidades essenciais Informações Adicionais id: R26_0007479|BR Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
