JR. ACCOUNT PROGRAM MANAGER

Location: North Phoenix - On-Site Required - 2688 E Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85050
Shift: Full time, day shift.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Jr account program manager serves as the primary point of coordination between the customer and CMI’s production facilities. As a PM, you will have three main objectives:
The PM leads and drives the critical actions and functions associated with a key customer including delivery, cost, operational performance, critical communication and planning. The PM develops, implements, executes and maintains organized data applicable with all key customer deadlines and business objectives through our production systems. The individual manages the forecast through rolling 12 months outlook in order to meet the customers’ needs in terms of delivery, product and quality. The position is accountable for building up the functional excellence to support business objectives and leads and works collaboratively with our all stakeholder teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and performance.
