OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices along with experience in accounts payable/receivable functions.
  • Familiarity with corporate finance concepts such as budgeting, account analysis, and payroll processing.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate account reconciliation and auditing tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support corporate finance activities, including budgeting, account analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, PeopleSoft, Sage, and other financial services tools for bookkeeping tasks.
