We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. EXPERIENCE

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required and mandatory relevant experience.
• Familiarity with accounts payable, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation processes is advantageous.
• Previous experience in financial services or as an accounting clerk is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial auditing principles is beneficial for this role.
• Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks will be considered an asset.

• Perform account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct account analysis to support financial reporting and decision-making.
• Execute bank reconciliation tasks to ensure the integrity of cash balances.
• Support payroll processing by verifying employee hours and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
• Participate in corporate finance activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with senior accountants during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Assist in preparing financial data and sales report on a daily routine.
