Our Abu Dhabi office is currently looking for Admin cum Finance Officer.

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Dispatch weekly booking to the Administration controller at HQ in Italy.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of prequalification documents and tender proposals.
• Act as a PRO, handling government-related documentation and processes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and administrative activities.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and government authorities as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the management team and participate in internal / external audits and inspections.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or referenced experience.
• Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a service center or similar environment.
• Familiarity with prequalification and tendering processes.
• Knowledge of UAE government procedures and PRO duties.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software, familiarity with SAP is aplus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Arabic language knowledge is a plus
