JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Jr. AI Developer & IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing cutting-edge AI-driven ERP software while also supporting internal IT systems and automation. You will work directly with our product and operations teams to design intuitive solutions and improve internal workflows.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 1–3 years in software development or technical operations.
• AI/LLM Expertise: Solid understanding of LLM models, natural language processing, and prompt engineering.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong in Python, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure or AWS).
• AI Integration: Experience deploying or integrating AI tools like GPT-4, Claude, or Gemini into production environments.
• Development Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders.
• Best Practices: Experience with open-source development and modern coding standards (Git, CI/CD, etc.).
• IT Systems: Hands-on experience with Office 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Copilot.

• Develop innovative, AI-powered ERP accounting software tailored for government contractors.
• Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) technologies such as OpenAI’s GPT-4 and Google’s Gemini to automate and enhance user experience.
• Build and maintain secure APIs and backend systems to support intelligent automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly products.
• Support internal IT operations, including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, and Power Automate workflows.
• Contribute to internal automation tools to streamline business operations and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve internal software, cloud, and integration issues.
