Description
The Opportunity: Avantor is looking for Jr. Associate-EU-Market Source Sourcing who can provide support to the sourcing function. Ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels. Monitor inventory requests, production schedules and purchase requisitions to coordinate purchasing activities for current/anticipated demand of materials and services. Collect suppliers’ quotations and examine bids. Identify and select suppliers that meet the organization’s standards of price, quality and delivery. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities (List in order of importance) Troubleshoot and Monitor requisition flow Monitoring performance of internal teams based on contractual KPIs and SLAs Customer communication and Relationship Management: Drive customer satisfaction by building trust and developing strong relationships. Source product at supplier if required Internal communication Support and escalation of Product Master Data and pricing Targets: Meet/exceed regional SLA based on contractual agreement Planning/Forecasting: Plan, forecast and achieve objectives and Key Performance Indicators Proactively seeking ways to improve efficiency: Pro-active participation in technical enhancement, developing strategies to constantly improve team performance Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Academic: Bachelor’s degree, scientific background. Life Science fresher with excellent communication.
