JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone, computer skills and a understanding of automotive industry. This role involves overseeing customer inquiries, credit applications, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance sales performance. The Jr. Finance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the best customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Telemarketing or Phone/Internet skills
• Proven experience in a customer service enviroment
• Be very organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Must want to learn and eventually become a Finance Manager

  Pay: $35,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In perso

• Answer calls or internet inquiries regarding automotive financing
• Respond to messages and emails
• Work with Senior Finance Managers to get other documents and info needed to fulfil customer approvals
• Make phone calls to customers whom have applied for automotive financing
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to financing options and payment plans.
