  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in an administrative office, ideally in a school setting
  • Calm, composed and efficient
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ideally up to date first aid training
  • Versatile
Responsibilities
  • Record student attendance
  • Act as the first point of contact over the phone for the Junior School
  • In collaboration with the Vice Principal, coordinate lunch and recess duties
  • Co-curricular activities (register attendance)
  • Maintain students’ OSR files
  • Use the Veracross system to manage student schedules
  • Administrative duties such as printing report cards for OSR (Grade 2 to Grade 5), and document filing
  • Manage all orders and distribute supplies
  • Other duties as determined by the principal office
  • Accompany during school or sports outings if necessary (swimming pool, skating rink…
