THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Business Analyst on the Digital Engagement team, you will play a key role in implementing technology solutions that enhance and strengthen CA’s employee community. We are seeking a candidate who is eager to manage both the technical aspects of software-as-a service (SaaS) product management for a portfolio of products and the people-focused aspects, such as driving adoption, facilitating behavior change, providing ongoing training, and managing stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with IT teams (including AI, Cybersecurity, and Vendor Management) and core business stakeholders in Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Human Capital. Your role will involve identifying, implementing, and integrating new technologies and upgrades into business processes. Responsibilities include building stakeholder consensus, learning new technologies, and implementing solutions that meet stakeholder, compliance, and security objectives. Additionally, there are opportunities to work more closely with the Communications and Marketing functions on our community platforms, where you will build websites and support content creators with blog and multimedia projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 3+ year’s work experience
  • Proven ability to effectively liaise between technical and business resources
  • Strong organizational management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Proficiency in project management
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication in formal and informal
  • contexts designed to build consensus
  • Ability to present work in a clear and concise manager
  • Experience balancing tasks and requirements from multiple stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Proactive problem solver who is eager to learn and contribute
  • Familiarity with the principles of community management or employee engagement preferred
  • Prior knowledge and experience with online community management, social business applications, computer systems, digital applications, development, or testing methodologies preferred
