POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to grasp their business processes and define requirements for innovative solutions.
  • Take initiative in problem-solving, owning research, recommending solutions, and executing resolutions for client challenges.
  • Support testing by creating test scenarios, documenting processes, and performing validation testing.
  • Assist in implementation activities, including analyzing requirements and developing design and configuration documentation.
  • Engage directly with clients on-site to enhance their experience and support their use of the new system.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a proactive “can do” attitude for team efforts.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for solving problems and developing solutions. Love solving puzzles? Bring your analytical skills to tackle challenges and craft smart solutions.
  • Comfortable speaking up and asking questions to enhance understanding in group settings.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $45,700.00 - $108,300.00.
