• Conduct interviews and scoping with Business Units for business analysis and process management documentations.
• Ensures that document deliverables reflect necessary and relevant business requirements, process, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze, design, and document process workflows and guidelines.
• Conduct cascade and consultation with Business Units on final business/functional requirements and process flow.
• Facilitate sign-off of documents.
