This role is pivotal in ensuring strategic alignment, driving cross-functional collaboration, and managing special projects across the Security Operations (SecOps) and CF teams. The individual will act as a trusted advisor, delivering executive-level communication, shaping strategic initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong telecoms knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enabling business success. What you will do Provide strategic and operational support to the Head of SecOps, acting as a key advisor. Drive execution of strategic and annual goals through effective change management. Develop and manage high-quality executive documentation and communications. Shape complex topics into structured initiatives and lead mini-projects. Liaise across SecOps and CF to ensure alignment and buy-in from functional leads. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support cross-company projects. Track and report project progress, ensuring timely delivery and governance discipline. Who you are Experienced in working within virtual, matrixed, and multinational teams. Skilled in strategic communication and influencing at executive levels. Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. Strong analytical and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail. Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound business acumen. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledgeable in one or more areas of the SecOps portfolio.
