Junior Real Estate Agent - Multifamily Investment Sales
Keller Williams Encino Commercial Division seeks an ambitious, focused, and driven talent to join a high-energy team as a junior agent specializing in Multifamily Investment Sales across Southern CA. Prior experience is welcome, but not necessary - our most promising team members come from successful careers in different industries, and are seeking an experienced leadership that will maximize return on their time, efforts, and decision to pursue a commission-based role.

CA Real Estate Salesperson license necessary.

• Conduct cold calls to ask questions, introduce your team, and set meetings
• Get creative in outreach via email, in person meetings, and so on.
• Study market research to support client needs and strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the sale of commercial properties through escrow management and coordination
  Full Time hours preferred, but Part Time hours will be considered based on Part Time position availability. Earning potential is limited only by your performance - position is 100% commission based.
