We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy Entry-Level Computerized Records Analysts to join our legal operations team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and a passion for working with digital data and systems. Legal background is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities: Review and analyze computerized legal records and databases for accuracy, completeness, and relevance. Assist in organizing and maintaining digital legal files in compliance with internal protocols. Support attorneys and legal staff by retrieving and interpreting data from legal systems. Perform basic data entry, tagging, and classification of legal documents. Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation tracking, and system updates. Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in computerized systems, databases, and document management tools. Experience in operations, systems analysis, or data analytics. Ability to analyze and interpret legal data with attention to detail. Strong writing and reporting skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with legal terminology and processes is helpful but not required.
